Project Linus charity day

Ribble Creative Stitchers held a charity day supporting Project Linus UK.
RCS member Hilary who is a Lancashire Linus coordinator began the day explaining the project to members. She then led a workshop with members beginning to make quilts which will be passed on to babies, children and young people who are in hospital seriously ill or passed on to those who are abused or traumatised – Children in need of a big hug! Each year Project Linus Lancashire hand out approximately 3,000 quilts and blankets to children in need.
